I cut, bend, plane, assemble, and shape wood, often incorporating paint, metal, and wire, transforming materials beyond their natural state. My subject matter is drawn from observation and contemplation, focusing on movement, rhythm, and the dynamic energy of the world around me — from the flight of birds to the bending of trees.
In my process, I visualize shapes freely and embrace challenges as opportunities for innovation. Each sculpture is a deliberate exploration of form, material, and space, inviting viewers to engage with the imagination, craft, and tactile presence of the work.
